Job Description

Knowledgeable in operating office machines, systems & software

  • Filing departmental papers in corresponding files so that they get located easily
  • Act as liaison between General Manager, Finance, Human Resources, Area officers and outside vendors.
  • Scanning necessary documents and keeping them in necessary folders
  • Maintaining accounts, database, and prepared billings
  • Prepare entries of cash disbursements, expense recording and petty cash reconciliation
  • Managing office printing and stationeries
  • New candidate joining formalities
  • Coordinate with consultant medical Insurance company for all employee quarries
  • Monthly updating of contract staff attendance register and facility register on regular basis
  • Monitoring cleaning staff
  • Supervising office boys
  • Handling Domestic Travel Desk (Accommodation /Flight/Taxi arrangement for staff & guest)
  • Keeping track of Pantry Requirements
  • Attending and resolving all day today complaints and requests of Employees
  • Visiting branch offices for day to day requirement and maintenance in office premises
  • Handling and taking care of all telephone, mobile and data card connection
  • Handling office maintenance including AC, Fixture & Furniture
  • Managing arrangements for corporate gifts and other corporate events
  • Support HR team to handle Employee Engagement Activities
  • Managing Incoming & Outing Couriers / Magazine
  • Printing of Visiting Card/ Letter Heads and Envelopes as and when required.
  • Preparing Quotations, Purchase, & Payment to vendors.
